Here’s what we will be doing to keep staff and customers safe in line with Government guidelines:

• 😷 As of the 8th of August, the Government has made it mandatory for all visitors aged 11 years and older to wear a face mask/covering when visiting our attraction. We ask that all customers please bring one along for use in the public areas; they will not be required when bouncing or when sat at tables in our cafe.

• We will have disposable masks available on-site for purchase.

• 🤸‍♂️ Reduced our capacity by 50% every hour

• 🖥️ Added functionality to our online checkout meaning you can now watch our briefing video online at home before you attend!

• ⏩ Pre-bookings only; these can be made ONLINE

• 🖋️ All customers are required to sign an updated waiver prior to attending

• 🛄 Lockers are available on request, please speak to reception

• 🧑🏻‍🤝‍🧑🏽 Maximum one non-bouncing adult permitted to supervise per child (under 16). We kindly ask, where possible, for customers with groups of children to keep the number of non-bouncing adults as low as possible

• 1️⃣6️⃣ All children under 16 MUST be supervised by at least one adult (aged 18+) for the duration of their visit

• ⚽ Some additional play equipment (ball pit, foam building blocks etc) will not be available in our Tots, Family Bounce and SEND sessions

• 🧽 Enhanced cleaning measures including a 10-minute break between every session, allowing us time to sanitise the park

• 🚸 Social distancing measures and a one-way system, where possible, have been put in place around the park including for our reception and cafe

• 🧼 Additional hand sanitising stations around the park for your use

• 🌡️ All our staff will have their temperature taken before their shift, and will wear PPE

• 💳 We will only be accepting card/contactless payments at reception and in our café
